023 8089 1031Our staff are actively supported to progress on to the Diplomas in Care level two and three. Staff also undertake training in Dementia Care, Safe handling of Medicines, infection control, palliative care, mental health awareness and other relevant courses, including First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding.
The staffing ratio ensures that all clients are well supported to ensure that all their care and social needs are met or exceeded. Staff are on hand at all times of the day and night , with four care staff in the mornings, three in the afternoons and two carers during the night time period.
The home also employs a chef to ensure our residents enjoy home cooked food prepared the way they enjoy, whilst observing any dietary requirements.
